This Privacy Policy explains how Manifest Bloom ("Manifest Bloom", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website (manifestbloom.com and its subdomains), our quiz, our emails, and the Manifest Bloom application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Manifest Bloom is a wellbeing and self-development tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, or mental-health service, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. See our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Quiz responses — your answers to the archetype quiz, your indicated desire and readiness, and any free-text you choose to write.
Contact details — your email address, and any name you provide.
Account information — if you create an account in the app: your email and a password (stored only in hashed form).
Voice recording — if you use the voice feature, the short voice sample you record. See "Your voice" below.
Communications — messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

Consent record — when you opt in, we store the fact, time, IP address, and consent version, to prove lawful consent.
Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser/device type, and similar analytics.
Marketing attribution — the channel/campaign that referred you (e.g., UTM parameters).
Email engagement — whether emails are delivered, opened, or clicked.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details. We receive a subscription identifier, plan, amount, and status from PayPal to manage your membership.

2. Your voice

If you record a voice sample, it is used for one purpose only: to generate your own personalized sessions in your own voice. Your voice recording is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train general-purpose models or for any unrelated purpose. To produce audio, the recording is processed by a specialist third-party voice/AI provider acting under contract on our instructions. You may contact us to request deletion of your voice data.

3. How we use your information

To generate and deliver your personalized reading and sessions.
To send you the emails you opted into, and service messages.
To operate, personalize, secure, and improve the Services.
To process your subscription and payments.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing emails, voice processing); performance of a contract (providing the app you signed up for); and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services, preventing fraud). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers acting on our behalf — e.g., email delivery, AI/voice processing, payment processing (PayPal), hosting and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Legal & safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Manifest Bloom, our users, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. International transfers

We operate internationally; your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly defined), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies/local storage to run the Services and remember your session, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

11. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
